Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be canceled at our discretion.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or the original payment method where applicable.
  • Customers must record a complete unboxing video before opening the package.
  • The video must clearly show all six sides of the sealed parcel.
  • Claims regarding missing items, damaged products, leakage, wrong products, empty parcels, or tampered packages will only be accepted if accompanied by a valid unboxing video.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, no refund, replacement, exchange, or claim request will be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Bellin website, including logos, images, text, graphics, designs, videos, and branding materials, is the property of Bellin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without prior written permission from Bellin.
