Refund policy
At Bellin, we aim to provide you with the finest perfumes and the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer Exchange or Return options subject to the terms and conditions below.
Important: All refunds are processed by our Refunds Team at the end of each month. Once initiated, the refund amount will be credited to the latest payment details provided by the customer. Customers are requested to wait until the end of the month for their refunds to be credited.
1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return
- Requests for Exchange or Return must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- To be eligible for a Return or Refund, customers must provide a proper unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
- The video must clearly show the sealed outer packaging, the unsealing process, and the condition of the product inside.
- This proof is mandatory to verify whether any issue existed at the time of delivery.
- Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
The product must:
- Be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Have the original product tag and packaging intact.
- Not be part of any promotional offer, stock clearance sale, or Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer.
Offer Applied Orders (including Buy 2 Get 1 Free and Clearance Sale products) are NOT eligible for Exchange or Return.
2. Exchange Policy
Delivery Charges:
- ₹340 will be deducted from the refund amount or charged separately for delivery expenses on prepaid orders.
Customer Responsibility:
- Customers must bear courier charges every time they send a product for replacement.
Processing Time:
- After receiving the returned product, replacement delivery may take up to 5 days.
3. Return & Refund Policy
Transportation Damage:
- Bellin is not responsible for damages caused during transportation.
- Customers must communicate directly with the courier company regarding transportation-related damages.
Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed through online bank transfer or the original payment method.
- For COD orders, customers must provide valid bank account details.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to the original payment method wherever possible.
Courier Charges:
- Customers are responsible for return courier charges.
- These charges may be deducted from the final refund amount.
Inspection & Refund Time:
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Cases Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Fragrance preference issues or personal dislike of a scent.
- Opened seals or used perfume bottles.
- Minor packaging dents caused during shipping transit.
- Courier delays or logistics-related delivery delays.
- Requests made without a valid unboxing video.
5. Replacement Process
- Raise a request through WhatsApp or Email with your order details.
- Share the unboxing video and product photographs (mandatory).
- Our team will verify the request within 48 hours.
- If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
6. Partial Payment / Advance Payment Refund Policy
In case of order cancellation, any advance or partial payment made by the customer (for example ₹200) is strictly non-refundable.
This amount covers non-recoverable costs including:
- Payment gateway charges
- Advertising expenses
- Platform and processing fees
Therefore, no refund shall be provided for the advance amount once an order has been placed.
7. Order Cancellation After Tracking Generation
Applicable to both COD and Prepaid Orders.
Once a tracking ID has been generated, the order is considered processed for shipment and logistics costs have already been incurred.
- Prepaid Orders: ₹380 shipping and logistics charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- COD Orders: Customers will be liable to pay ₹380 shipping and logistics charges if the order is cancelled after tracking generation.
Cancellation after tracking generation is not eligible for a full refund.
8. Important Notes
- Products must meet all policy requirements to qualify for Exchange or Return.
- Refunds are not applicable on products purchased during promotional offers, clearance sales, or special discount campaigns.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Bellin reserves the right to reject any refund or replacement request that does not comply with this policy.
