- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation notification once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Time
- For orders within India, the standard delivery time after shipment is 2–4 working days.
- In certain cases, delivery may take up to 7–8 working days due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, festivals, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges
Prepaid Orders
- We offer free shipping on most prepaid orders.

Promotional & Discounted Products
- Shipping charges for discounted products, clearance items, combo deals, or promotional offers (such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free) may vary depending on the offer.

4. Undelivered Orders
- Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.
- If delivery cannot be completed after the available attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.
Refund Process for Returned Orders
